Sarah Bowmar

I started working with Sarah Bowmar in the beginning of April. I've followed her on Instagram for probably about a year in a half and finally decided to hire her as my coach. I FINALLY had the motivation after I had gained twenty pounds at the end of last year simply because I just didn't care anymore. Seeing her clients results really pushed and motivated me because if they can do it, I can too right? I ended up buying a 6 month workout plan and it definitely has been worth the money! Sarah had sent me my plan literally within 24 hours which I can say no other trainer has ever done. Out of the few online trainers that I had, Sarah has been the "most real". She responds to my emails within 12 hours.. The past couple that I had took at least a week. It's kind of like well why should I even bother?  Sarah's meal plan contains 18 different meals giving you different options. AND she is actually certified.  There's high carb days AND low carb days which always keeps it different. I tried tracking macros for about a year and it gave me an eating disorder. Sarah gives you different portions to eat at each meal. It IS a high protein diet, not just a fad diet where you can eat whatever you want as long as you "track your macros".... Because in that case I'll just stay fat lol. Her workouts are actually hard and different. Not just your typical exercises like squats, lunges,  shoulder press, bicep curls. Each workout is different every single day. I have yet to do the same workout twice. She gives me three workouts each week and only three to do because of how challenging they are... Which is a huge plus to me!! I've been completely impressed by working with Sarah. She's a genuinely nice person and has been there for me since day 1 if I needed her. Her workouts are tough but she's always making sure you're hitting your goals. Thank you Sarah for being so real.
